III. No general ticketing or retail platform. Wayfarer Film Academy does not operate the Website as a movie theater, general ticket seller, loyalty program, or consumer retail platform.

III. Applications, scholarships, and payments. We may collect application materials, scholarship or financial-assistance information, registration details, transaction status, billing information, and limited payment-related information. Payment credentials may be collected directly by a third-party payment processor.
IV. Event images and likenesses. If we host, sponsor, promote, photograph, record, or publicize an event, we may collect photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, names, social media handles, testimonials, statements, creative work, or similar information that may include an individual’s image, voice, likeness, or event participation.
